Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms explain how the IPTVB subscription works and what we each agree to. We wrote them in plain language. By requesting a free trial or buying a plan, you accept these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
IPTVB.ca is operated by IPTVB, 590 Prom. du Centropolis, Laval, QC H7T 3C2 (“IPTVB”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us by email at support@iptvb.ca or on WhatsApp at +1 263-378-6445.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, to request a trial or buy a plan.
The service
IPTVB is a subscription that lets you watch live TV channels, movies and series over your own internet connection, on compatible devices such as Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android TV boxes, Apple devices, MAG boxes, phones and computers.
You need your own internet connection and device. We don't sell or rent devices, and your internet costs and data usage are your responsibility.
The channel lineup and the on-demand library can change over time, for example when a channel stops broadcasting or rights change. Picture quality (HD, Full HD or 4K) depends on each channel or event, your device and your internet speed.
Free 1-month trial
New customers can try IPTVB free for one month, starting the day the trial login is activated. You request the trial on WhatsApp or by email, and we send your login and a setup guide.
There is one free trial per household and email address. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial simply ends after one month unless you choose a plan.
We may decline a trial request when we have good reason to believe it is a repeat trial or misuse.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and cover 1, 2, 3 or 4 devices at the same time. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown on our Pricing page when you order. The price you pay is the price shown for your plan at the time of your order.
You pay the full plan upfront. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard, Interac, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
After payment, we send your login and setup steps securely by email or WhatsApp.
No automatic renewal
Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without your OK. Before your plan ends, we send you a reminder by email or WhatsApp. If you want to keep watching, you choose and pay for a new plan; if you don't, your access simply ends on the expiry date.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, in addition to the free trial. How it works, and how to ask for a refund, is explained in our Refund Policy.
Your login, devices and sharing
Your login is for you and the people who live in your household. Your plan allows as many simultaneous connections as the number of devices you paid for.
You may not share your login outside your household, resell or sublicense it, or use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows. If we detect this, we will contact you first where practical, and we may limit or suspend the extra connections.
Acceptable use
The service is for personal, private, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:
- record, copy, rebroadcast, restream or redistribute any channel or content;
- show the service in a bar, restaurant, hotel or other commercial or public place;
- use bots or scripts, try to bypass our security or connection limits, or access systems you are not authorized to use;
- use the service in a way that breaks the law where you live.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Streaming depends on your internet connection, your Wi-Fi, your device and the source of each channel. We may also need short maintenance windows.
If you have a problem, contact us on WhatsApp or by email: we help in English and French, 24/7. If an extended outage on our side affects your plan, we will extend your plan by the time lost.
Suspension and end of service
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by reselling your login or redistributing content. Except in urgent cases, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You can stop using the service at any time. Because plans don't renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, your device, third-party apps or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province, you keep the protection of your own province's consumer laws and can use its courts or consumer tribunals.
These terms are available in French and in English, and both versions have the same value.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly on WhatsApp or by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. If a change is important, we tell customers by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a plan you have already paid for.
