Last updated:
IPTVB respects the rights of content owners and broadcasters. If you hold rights to content and believe it is made available through our service without permission, please tell us. We take every notice seriously.
How to send a notice
Email your notice to support@iptvb.ca with the subject “Copyright notice”. Please include:
- your name, organization, mailing address, email and phone number;
- the work or channel you hold rights to, and the nature of your rights;
- where the content appears on our service (channel name, program, date and time);
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
How we respond
We acknowledge notices within 2 business days and review each one. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the content concerned and confirm it to you. We may ask for more information if the notice is incomplete.
Canada's notice-and-notice regime
Under Canada's Copyright Act, rights holders can send notices of claimed infringement. Where the Act requires it, we forward notices to the customer concerned and keep the records the law requires.
Customers who redistribute content
Our Terms of Service forbid recording, rebroadcasting or redistributing any content. We suspend or close the accounts of customers who do so.
